How Can u make u life better ?

 

  1. Do intermittent fasting for your physical health. It includes early dinner (by 7 P.M.) and late first meal (by 10–11 A.M). It has enormous benefits. Your life will be better.
  2. Do intermittent fasting thing with your mobile phone and gadgets. Don’t touch the phone. Just answer important calls. You will feel more productive and your happiness will boost. Studies show that happiness is inversely proportional to social media access. Your life will be better.
  3. Eat clean. Include raw fruits into your daily meal. If you can’t buy fruits include raw veggies into your diet. Don’t go for fancy salads. Just take cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and start munching. Your life will be better.
  4. Just like the diet is clean, keep your virtual feed clean. Exposure to violent content, fearsome content and vulgar videos affects the mind in dimensions unfathomable. Later you feel agitated, anxious and aroused unknowingly. If you can do this, your life will be better.
  5. Work in sync with nature. See the birds are awake before the sunrise. They are very alert and conscious of the surroundings without any clock. Following the nature’s clock will do wonders to your health. Your life will be better.
  6. Spend time amidst Nature because you are made of the five elements of Nature and not your concrete possessions and your virtuous qualifications. Changes in Nature, changes your body and you can consciously sense that. Your life will be better.
  7. Read like there’s no tomorrow. Keep a check on what your read. Reading is good but the content will affect your mind and life. If it’s disturbing and you can’t handle that, don’t read it. Your life will be better.
  8. Don’t worry if you earn less. Don’t try to attract women by earning more. There’s no point in getting gratification by impressing such women. There’s no need of validation from such people. If you understand this your life will feel better.
  9. Don’t worry about losing him/her you feel is your world. Giving time, attention and love is important but losing yourself is not worth. Let go of that someone when they feel like. Don’t stop him/her. If you feel secure, your life will be better.
  10. Don’t worry about not getting love from your parents, spouse, partner, friends etc. Love is something we give. Love is something we feel. It’s a weird sweetness and calmness. Love is the essence of life which keeps us ecstatic. Giving love to everyone around you will definitely make your life the best.
