 Exercise like walking,jogging,Good kind of aerobic exercise eases the symptom of depression,anxiety,so 

well.doctor say it is a treatment.  Exercise  slow the damages ,break down brain cells, if u more exercise u may pay more attention to the works,more flexible works ,more remediable,eases the Alzheimers disease, 

people who do not exercise , much are more likely to set azheimeri disease & other form of dementia ,like ,obesity,dibabetes,high blood pressure,depression,,Exercise help  make u brain ,heart,blood vessel stronger,,better blood flow -appear to help stop buildup plaques,Exercise improves yours ability to organize to interpret information make sense something called executive function. Exercise help good and sound sleep. and many benefits of exercise for the health ,brain, so trying exercise daily
